Reorder point calculation
The app allows to calculate the Reorder Point and Safety Stock Quantity for all items and SKUs with a Reordering Policy like "Fixed Reorder Qty".
The following data are used to make the calculation:

Press Alt + Q and digit "Reorder point calculation"
Critical avaliability inventory
You can also calculate items that are critical in availability or in inventory. It is possible to know

when they are critical or
-
in the Shortage list
Open the SCM Worksheet and press Critical Inventory (you can also schedule the procedure):
We can see for example, that on the 28th of January the quantity for the item 1110 is below the safety stock, also the inventory quantity is below zero (-10). We have information about the lowest inventory quantity and about the final inventory.
This prospect is useful to monitor the item sinventory levels and the receipt dates.
By pressing Calculate Order Quantity the system suggests the quantities to reorder
By pressing Post le lines are transferred to a Replanishment Proposal.
