EDS Record Status View

 

Administrators can filter and update records massively using a specific page. The same page can also be used to perform the starting synchronization and set the pre-existing records to “NEW” or the more appropriate status:

 

When applying Data Security to a new table, a starting syncronization is needed to set all pre existing records to first state.

Insert Table ID in first field and then click Syncronization to set initial state to all unprocessed record.

Extend and customize the app

Accessing the on line documentation you can get all the specification to extend this app with custom function or custom tables and pages. Workflows can be applied to every table or page with very small extensions that you can easily build copying the provided sample.
