Introduction
The Delivery Route Planner (DRP) app allows to:

manage delivery routes for documents such as Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Posted Sales Shipments., Warehouse Receipts., Transfer Orders

calculate and optimize transfer times / routes through the services made available by the MAPS App
-
calculate weights
-
generate shipments from the delivery routes
-
export routes in order to use them with other applications, such as Circuit
Subscription |

Some features of the Delivery Route Planner (DRP) app require a subscription. The subscription can be activated from the SUBSCRIPTION CONTROL PANEL or directly from the notification messages that the system proposes, by clicking on the link that allows you to start the subscription wizard. See Eos Solutions website for more information. |

Pallet Item Category Filter | used in case of pallet calculation according to the Item Category |
Manage Geo Locations | enables the calculation of the routes |
Default Start Point Code / Default End Point Code | represent the start/end coordinates of the routes. They are inherited at route header level, but are still modifiable |
Whse. Shipment Grouping / Whse. Receipt Grouping |
is the method by which any warehouse shipments are issued. The values are:

Exclude Orders Completly Received / Shipped | excludes orders fully received / shipped from filters on the documents of the delivery route |
Periodic Tour List (DRP)
In the Customer Card, Shipping tab the field "Periodic Tour Code" contains the table for the definition of periodic routes.
The data are entered in the Customers, Vendors, Ship to Addresses, Order Addresses master data. You can use this information as a filter for selecting documents in delivery routes.
Vehicles (DRP)
In Vehicles (DRP) the different vehicles are entered and managed. The page allows you to code tractors/ trailers for fshipping agents.

Route Plan List (DRP)
In Route Plan List (DRP) you can enter the routes
For each Card it is possible to define a status: draft, confirmed, closed.
The header fields are a filter for selecting the documents to be attached to the delivery round.
Field | Description |
Net Weight / Gross Weight /No. of Pallet Places | automatically suggested by the system based on the setup |
Route Distance / Duration | calculated automatically based on the geolocation service used |
In the line functions you can renumber the sequence set, move up / down the selected line, add documents (sales, purchase, transfer).
On the header, by pressing Actions:
Action | Description |
Recalculate Values | recalculate weights and pallets (depending on the setup) |
Recalculate Route | recalculates the duration and distance traveled |
Open Route Map | opens the map with the calculated route |
Optimize Route | queries the enabled MAPS service and reorders the lines |

From Warehouse possible actions are:

Print and export
From Report->Print you can print the delivery route
From Report->Create Excel the route is exported to Excel in Circuit format (example: : Circuit - Helping you make delivery easy (getcircuit.com))
