Introduction

The EOS Power Business Intelligence Connector app by Eos Solutions allows you to connect PowerBI to Business Central by structuring and organizing the data so that they can be read and interpreted by the Kumavision PowerBI Sales Activator app.

EOS Power Business Intelligence Connector is therefore the mandatory prerequisite for using Kumavision's PowerBI Sales Activator

 


Subscription

Some features of the EOS Power Business Intelligence Connector app require a subscription. This subscription can be activated from the SUBSCRIPTION CONTROL PANEL or directly from the notification messages that the system proposes, by clicking on the link that allows you to start the subscription wizard.

Sales Summary

On the Sales Summary page you can analyze:

Top 10 Customer for Ordered

Top 10 Customer by turnover

The two views are influenced by the Time Intelligence selector at the top right , which offers the possibility to extract the two ranks for the selected month (MTD), for the current year (YTD) or for the 12 months rolling (TTM).

Through the two visuals placed in the center of the page it is possible to analyze the Turnover and Ordered trends.

There is also a sales tracking based on the country of origin of the billing customer. By selecting a country on the map, all the visuals on the page will be filtered in turn, giving the possibility to limit all the analysis prepared to one or more geographical areas.

Order by customer

The histogram on the right side of the page shows the trend of the ordered in terms of Amount.

The donut chart on the left aggregates the value of the ordered by Country / Region code of the billing customer.

All the visuals can be filtered using the 3 time intelligence values ​​(MTD, YTD, TTM) at the top right and for a specific customer thanks to the "Customer" slicer at the top right Through the Order By Customer page you can have a more detailed view of the orders entered on the ERP system.

The measures for the calculation of: Order Amount Order Amount PY Delta Order Amount – Order Amount PY Delta Order Amount – Order Amount PY %

All the above matrices are also replicated in terms of quantity. The matrix is ​​set up for analysis at different levels having the possibility of carrying out a DrillDown and a DrillUp between the Country, Customer and Item / Resource dimensions

Sales by product

 

The histogram on the right side of the page highlights the turnover trend in terms of Amount.

The donut chart on the left aggregates the revenue value for Inventory Posting Group.

Through Details it is possible to drill through on a value chosen from the underlying matrix. A page will open where you can analyze the detail for each document. The goal of the Sales By Product page is to offer an analytical view of the revenue value per item. The matrix allows the analysis of

  • Sales Amount

  • Sales Amount PY

  • Delta Sales Amount – Sales Amount PY

  • Delta Sales Amount – Sales Amount PY %

 All the mentioned matrices are also replicated in terms of invoiced quantity. The matrix provides two different dimensional levels of detail Inventory Posting Group and Item / Resource.

Margin per customer

Within the Margin By Customer page it is possible to analyze the margin by Customer and single Item. Within the matrix, the measures for the calculation of:

  • Sales Amount

  • Sales Amount PY

  • Delta Sales Amount – Sales Amount PY %

  • Costs (Valued using the Cost Amount of the invoice line)

  • Margin (Calculated as Sales Amount - Costs)

  •  Margin %
